Same-day dispatch

Orders paid and verified by 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Saturday, ship the same day. Orders after the cutoff, on Sundays or on UPS holidays ship the next business day. Orders held for payment or address verification ship once cleared; we will email you if that happens.

One service, everywhere in the U.S.

We ship exclusively with UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days to any address in the United States, Alaska and Hawaii included, on the UPS service guarantee.

Shipping cost is the actual UPS rate for your address and package, shown before you pay. We do not mark up shipping. Packages dispatched Friday or Saturday are delivered Tuesday.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO: UPS cannot deliver to these addresses, so checkout does not accept them. Please use a street address.

Delivery estimates shown on product pages and in your cart are UPS time-in-transit estimates for your ZIP code. They are estimates, not a guarantee, except where UPS itself guarantees the service.

Where we ship

Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally, to freight forwarders, or to reshipping services; such orders are cancelled and refunded.

Tracking

You receive a UPS tracking number by email the moment your label is created, and updates when the package is out for delivery and delivered. Tracking also lives in your account under Orders.

Packaging

Products ship in a plain shipping box with the vials in a protective insert. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature during transit; no cold pack is required.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout; we validate it against UPS records and will flag anything we cannot verify. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we will reship it at the actual UPS rate, or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

• Not delivered within 5 business days after the UPS estimate: contact us; we open a UPS trace and, if the package is not located within 5 further business days, we reship your order once at no cost.
• Marked delivered but not received: check with household members, neighbors and building staff, then contact us within 5 business days of the delivery scan. We open a UPS claim and reship once at no cost. Orders over $300 ship with signature confirmation.
• Damaged in transit: contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the box, the insert and the product. We replace the damaged items or refund them, your choice.

Claims outside these windows are reviewed case by case. Our shipping guarantee applies once per order.

Order changes and cancellation

You can cancel or change an order until it is dispatched (in practice, until 5:00 PM ET on the day you order). Once UPS has scanned the package, changes are handled under the Refund & Returns Policy.
