Effective September 1, 2026 · Lumina Peptides ("we", "us")

1. Who may purchase

You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing on behalf of yourself or an organization for laboratory research purposes. By ordering you represent that both are true and that you have the knowledge and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.

2. Research use only

All products sold on this site are chemical reagents supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics or medical devices; they are not for human or animal use, consumption, injection or administration; and they have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We do not provide, and nothing on this site constitutes, medical or dosing advice. Lumina Peptides is a chemical supplier, not a pharmacy or compounding facility.

You agree not to use, resell or distribute any product in violation of this section or of applicable law. Misuse ends your right to purchase from us.

3. Acknowledgment at checkout

Every order requires you to check a statement confirming your age, the research-use restriction, and acceptance of these Terms, the Shipping Policy and the Refund & Returns Policy. We record the statement, its version, the date, time and IP address with the order. That record forms part of the sales contract.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price of your order. We accept credit and debit cards processed by our payment gateway; card numbers never reach our servers. We may verify address and card details (AVS/CVV) and hold or cancel orders that fail verification, appear fraudulent, exceed quantity limits, result from a pricing error, or are placed for resale without our agreement. We may refuse service to anyone. If we cancel an order, we refund it in full.

5. Shipping, risk of loss and returns

Shipping and delivery are governed by the Shipping Policy; returns and refunds by the Refund & Returns Policy. Both are part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery as recorded by the carrier, subject to the shipping guarantee in the Shipping Policy.

6. Payment disputes

You agree to contact support@luminapeptideslab.com and allow us one business day to respond before disputing any charge with your card issuer. We resolve legitimate problems with a reship or refund. Chargebacks filed on orders that were delivered as tracked and covered by your checkout acknowledgment are contested with that record, and the associated account is suspended until the dispute is resolved.

7. Product information and certificates of analysis

We publish a certificate of analysis for each product issued by an independent laboratory. Certificates describe the tested sample; they are not a warranty of fitness for any purpose. Product descriptions are technical in nature and contain no claims about effects in humans or animals.

8. Accounts, referrals and reviews

You are responsible for your account credentials. Referral credit and affiliate commissions are governed by the program terms shown in your account; self-referral, fake accounts or fraudulent orders void any credit. Reviews must reflect your own purchase; we may remove reviews that describe human or animal use, that are abusive, or that are not from a verified purchase, and we say so when we do.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, images and data are ours or licensed to us. You may not copy or scrape them without permission.

10. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use, handling or distribution of any product.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally within 30 days is resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Rules, in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, or by video. You and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead. Claims must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to them.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one linked at checkout when you order. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
